Gottfried Ruetz,
was born in 1941, and worked as a lawyer in the state services for almost 20 years.
Since the late 60s he has been increasingly interested in Japanese Prints and the
world of Ukiyo-e and founded his gallery "Fine Japanese Prints and
Books" in Munich in 1979, which is still flourishing to this day.
For more than 10 years he has organized meetings in Germany and Europe for
international dealers of Japanese Prints.
He is a member of several national and international institutions in the art
world, including:

Eric Gross,
Was born in 1939 in Switzerland. A graphic artist and industrial designer for 20
years and collector of Surimonos since 1970.
His collection was published in 1985
and has catalogued the Lusy-Surimono collection in the Graphic Art Museum in Zurich
1976. Eric was engaged in the organisation of the Japanese weeks in Zurich in 1976 and is an expert on Japanese Prints for various Swiss auction houses.
Jan A. Staecker,
Was born in 1961. His father was a collector of African and Asian art like Ukiyo-e, but he studied Physics in Munich. He worked at a Microsoft
Solution Provider as a project manager for 5 years and is now freelancing on several projects.
Since 1980 he has programmed software. Jan is a specialist in database
technology and does projects in the textile industry. He has gained his experience from other web
projects.
